A health coach isn't your doctor. And that's exactly the point. Your doctor gives you the diagnosis and the plan. A health coach helps you actually live it. We sit in the space between the appointment and the follow-through — the part nobody else has time for. As an IIN-certified health coach, I work with you on the lifestyle shifts that move the needle: food, movement, sleep, stress, and the things that nourish you off the plate. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or treat. I listen, I ask better questions, and I help you build something sustainable around your actual life. Think of me as the person on your wellness team who has time for you.

A therapist explores your past to understand behavior patterns and treat mental health. I focus on the present and future — specifically the lifestyle changes that help you feel better day to day. I'm not a substitute for therapy, and I'll always refer you to the right professional if something comes up that's beyond my scope. But if you have a handle on your mental health and just need someone to help you build sustainable habits and momentum, that's exactly what coaching is for.

A registered dietitian can treat specific health conditions through food recommendations. A health coach doesn't prescribe meal plans or diets. Instead I help you explore what foods work best for your body, support you in making shifts you actually choose, and hold you accountable to the changes you want to make. It's less about telling you what to eat and more about helping you figure out what works for you — and stick with it.

Absolutely — and honestly, this is where coaching shines. If you have a diagnosis and a treatment plan but struggle to implement it consistently, a health coach is exactly what's missing. I work alongside your existing medical team, not instead of them. I can help you understand what your providers are recommending, support you in building the daily habits that reinforce your treatment, and be the person who checks in when things get hard.

Six weeks isn't about fixing everything. It's about getting unstuck. In that time you'll identify what's actually been in the way, build your first rituals, and start moving in a direction that feels like yours. The real shift happens after — when you keep going. When the habits hold because they were built for you. Restore gives you the foundation. Thrive gives you the time to let it fully take root.

Yes — and this is a space I understand personally. I live with spinal degeneration and chronic nerve pain, so I know what it means to navigate a body that doesn't always cooperate. I work with women managing chronic pain, fatigue, autoimmune conditions, and other ongoing health challenges. My role isn't to treat those conditions — it's to help you build a life around them that still has momentum, joy, and space for yourself.

Just so we're clear...
— Not therapy
— Not a meal plan
— Not a 30-day detox
— Not someone telling you what to eat, how to move, or that you should cut out coffee
— Not another program that works great for someone else and not at all for you
